The Royal “Comité voor Initiatief” of Bruges
Our Committee was founded in March 1956 by 10 prominent Brugeans.
The main objective of our association is to organize activities that promote culture, tourism and leisure in Bruges.
At the moment our association has about 20 active members. In 2006 we celebrated our 50th anniversary. At this occasion our Committee was granted the title of Royal Association by King Albert II of Belgium.
